There is also a commented line in the tuner stool (line 174) you should uncomment if you are trying to make your own SCar. Whenever you use the tuner stool on a SCar it will print out the local position in the console. Getting all the positions right can be time consuming. X = GetForward Y = GetRight Z = GetUp Please note that all models won't work with the script. It only works if the models are turned the right way.   • Sakarias, I have removed the old SCars and all the addons for SCars 1.4 and I installed SCars 2.0, but the old SCars tuner is still there in the menu. I even removed SCars 2.0 and it's still there. Any reason why? It's really bugging me. And I removed ALL of the Scars content, old and new.

What do[/QUOTE] It's a problem with the model. If you use the junker tire model, it'll be just fine. If you use a wheel that's pointing downward in the thumbnail, then it'll be pointing downward in the editor. To get it to work properly, you need to edit the model. Speaking of, anyone know of a free program to do that? :P

  • The AI spawner in this addon is real fun, but the derby AI is lacking speed and actual hits, right now all they do is reverse into each other, occasionally changing targets, if they'd gain some distance and blast into someone, that would be real cool. And there should be one extra AI, attack player only, that would go great for chases. And cars seem to be turning mid-air. If you could, maybe it is possible to make the wheels flop around when the car has taken lots of damage, as in the cars engine starts to smoke. All-in-all, a very awesome addon.

  • I've got an issue with the spawning and paint job switcher effect not working whether spawned via the new menu or the spawner tool. I do have the latest version of Garry's Mod installed and I was running a port-forwarded listen server with two friends successfully connected. I told both of them my issue and on their screens the effects seemed to appear without any problems on my server. If you have a fix or any idea of how to fix this please tell me, the addon works fine without the effects but i'd still like to be able to see them.

If your graphics card doesn't support a certain DirectX level it won't use the effect (old graphics card?). If it would use the effect anyway the game would crash.
