  • I'm sorry if this has been answered anywhere, but I don't want to sift through 35 pages, and I've googled but found no answer. Is there any way I can make this so only admins/respected can use it? All users on my server, regardless of rank can use it. If there's a way to restrict it, I'd greatly appreciate anyone telling me how. Thanks.

For example, on Fretta, The Stalker gamemode makes the enemy player (the stalker) completely visible because of this, rendering the gamemode useless and broken. I've tried a workaround for it to not load PAC if the gamemode is The Stalker, but doesn't seem to work so well since PAC is loaded before the gamemode.   • I use this with your customizable thirdperson addon, and I have to say, they go well perfectly together, I was like 'WTF' when I realized you made both of them. Now I just have to wait for servers that actually use this.

  • if anyone's interested in testing pac3, here's the url: [url]http://gmodcapsadmin.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/addons/pac3[/url] pac3 is very different from pac2, but it should be a lot cleaner and easier to work with once you know how it works. It works in gmod 13 and gmod 12. The way the editor looks (icons and such) is very low priority in gmod 12. To start using it, type pac_editor in console. Right click on the white panel on the left and create a part. You can set the owner of a part to anything, like another player, npc or a vehicle. Gmod 13 has more bones to select due to how entity bones are improved in gmod 13. Submit will submit to server and be shown to all players. To save an "outfit" just save a part. There is no browser yet, but outfits are saved to data/pac3/*. In gmod 13 there's a bug where it won't create the pac3 folder for you, so you need to create the pac3 folder in your data folder manually. Parenting is essential now. To add clip planes to a part, you right click the part and create clip planes. Same goes for bones and animations too. Because of this system, you can have more than 1 clip plane. It also works on model parts, meaning you can change model specific bones on a single part (modelbones) in a much cleaner way.
  • WoW this pac3 is amazing so simple to controll to bad there is a bit of bugs in gmod 13 (im hosting this on my server so if u want you can join and test) 1 bug i notice is that my outfit for some reasson gone after playing with it >< also i cant seems to save my outfits Edit: found some more bugs it doesnt load my outfit and it doesnt even save it there is no such folder called pac3 in data

I think this is an issue with the beta, not creating the folder.
  • ok i added the folder manualy and it work when i parent the parts to the base it doesnt move like it attached to the bone it move as the base move load now work fine thx Edit: when i load the save it load every thing but in the menu i dont see my parts but i do see them on me

  • Thx now it work fine i found some more bugs the hide weapon doesnt work right it doesnt hide my weapon and this is amazing on gmod 13 more bones to work with ^_^ Edit: some time i see my own pac when im not in the editor

When you play SP your uniqueid is 1. If unless you've hosted a listen server, there should only be two folders.
