  • This has already been done, called the Feign Death addon. [url]http://www.facepunch.com/showthread.php?t=514516[/url] Pretty sure all this does is make blood on the wall when the ragdoll hits something. Edit, just noticed that it makes you a ragdoll upon some collisions and damage. I guess this is alright, but I believe you can give some credit to your predecessor.

I've created my not using any of Feign Death parts. I've used some Bail Out code for proper ragdoll spawning, sounds and weapon saving. My mod not aimed to kill players. Its for having fun and spending time creatively. Thats why I'll never add any kind of "damage". Toolguns, physguns etc are dropped at spawn for no apparent reason.

  • So do you have to enter the Server variables in single player as well. I tried walk and it didn't work. I have walk set to "alt" and it didn't do anything

  • You should blend the ragdoll whatever pose to the idle player animation, would be better too ! :D

  • This could probably be used in an swep to create the realistic grappling hook everybody has been after. You can't properly attach a rope to a player, but ragdolls are a different story. Just a thought.

  • Awesome mod dude! I've been wanting to do this ever since Saints Row, in the insurance fraud activity. By the way, would it be better for me to bind a key to this to enable it, and another to disable it? Also, I haven't actually downloaded it yet, so I don't know whether it will work or not...
