  • thomasfn, I've been around a few servers with PCMod 2 on them, and the save button on notepad doesn't work on any. No lua errors appear, but when I try to send a page to print to a servers "printshare" it just crashes the server completely.

  • Does anyone use this with cakescript? It doesn't work on my server and i was wondering if anyone else is having the same problem! Thanks!
  • I haven't made a plugin for cakescript, simple because I have never played/looked at code for cakescript and I have no idea how it works. If an experienced Lua coder/cakescript genius wants to make a plugin, I'll be sure to include it in the svn/release.

  • I think the save function has troubles with ULX and possibly other admin mods.

And I have spoken to LuaBanana about his Datastream module colliding with ULX. He says he has recieved reports of it, but I'm not sure what's happening with it. I'll bug him some more.

  • Hmmm, I dunno how it all works, but if you save something, wouldn't it have to register on everyone's computer? I dunno... Meh, good luck guys.
  • Boring, I use Mac Mod, kidding, this is great, but the cable ties dont weld when checked and dont do anything.

  • The install disk swep doesn't seem to work. When I try to use it only the tool gun model shows up, no words,instruction,etc. Uh... it also doesn't fire. Btw this was in single player i'm not sure if i would have the same problem with servers also...my first post yay

  • [QUOTE=FullStreak12;13794995]Boring, I use Mac Mod, kidding, this is great, but the cable ties dont weld when checked and dont do anything.[/QUOTE] Cable ties only weld to props :| to weld 'em to world use easy weld to use them, with the wiring tool press RELOAD not alt fire, not fire, but RELOAD and it will go opaque, rinse and repeat until done then you'll find your cables are hang'n off the cable ties :)

  • Yes I was going to get back to you about those models. I am more than happy to include them in the next release. --- @Guy with install disk problems, are you aiming at the tower and not the monitor?

  • I'm having some trouble configuring the cursor positions, and the X and Y appear to be inverted. When I move my mouse up, the cursor moves to right etc. Any instructions how to properly do this?   • DarK, do you have those files in 3dsm format? Or a format that can be put into 3DSMax? I've been looking for a way to get those moniters into 3dsm, but haven't found a way, because i want to use the screen as a template so i know what size to use for something i'm gonna make... Please and thank you.
  • Use [url=http://developer.valvesoftware.com/wiki/Mdldecompiler]mdldecompiler[/url] (install to SteamApps/youraccount/sourcesdk/bin/ep1/bin/) to turn the MDL-file into a SMD-file, which can be read by [url=http://www.softimage.com/downloads/XSI_Mod_Tool/]XSI Mod Tool[/url]. So you need to use XSI Mod Tool's [url=http://www.softimage.com/softwareupdate/ModTool/ValveSource.6.02.xsiaddon]Valve Source plugin[/url] to import the SMD-file. Now that you have the model-file open, you need to export it to OBJ-file, which can be imported (read) on 3DSMax. A bit complex, but that's how I did it.
