  • New "movement system" on all the engines now (except the jet engine). The tuner tool works a bit different now. Added option of brake efficiency and auto straighten for more realism. Seriously there is a very big difference! So update your svn NOW! Will fix the jet engine tomorrow.

  • i spotted bug in newest version of svn (7). the engine and other parts unwelds strangely. i made vehicle and then drived it a bit until suddenly my engine and seat got unwelded and dropper out of the vehicle and earlier when i connected a seat to engine by hitting it is unwelded and dropped to ground. u really need to fix this cos this mod is useless if u cant weld the parts.

Engine mod does not have any code that can remove welds. Something else must be the problem. I hope everyone enjoys the smooth movement and the new auto straighten option. It's easier to do good looking slides and drifting with that option. You no longer have to care about the engine weight either.

I expect new bugs since I changed a lot of code. Please post if you find any. Revision 10. Missed to fix a value on the jet engien so disabling sound on it wouldn't work. Fixed it. Revision 12. Fixed a force bug when stools where used on the fuel intake. Updated the in game manual. The thermometer is now working as a throttle gauge for the jet engine.

  • Your links are fucked. The garrysmod.org link says revision 12, as does the latest SVN link, but the garrysmod.org link is outdated and definitely NOT revision 12. Might want to fix that.

Edit : The new update broke the supercharger and radiator. They cannot be attached to the engine and the fuel cap too. And some random errors. I'll post them later. Edit2 : When I attach some stuff to the engine, it doesn't show the rope connections but some do have the rope connections when attached. When I attach the fuel cap to the engine then I try to attach something else to the fuel cap it comes out this error : entities/sent_fuel_intake/init.lua:221: attempt to call method 'SetFuelIntake' (a nil value) And the turbo and radiator isn't working. I think its due to the model change. Also when I use the Direction Adjuster, I can click on the engine and lots of errors come out saying : weapons\gmod_tool\stools/enginedirectionadjuster.lua:143: attempt to perform arithmetic on local 'Xpos' (a nil value) Whenever I use the engine tuner and click on the engine, it doesn't change anything and a error saying : weapons\gmod_tool\stools/enginetuning.lua:56: attempt to call method 'SetForce' (a nil value) Thats about it. I got a suggestion though : If the engine overheats too many times then the engine catches fire then after a few seconds, it explodes.

It seems like you have a bugged hybrid version. Why won't the supercharger and radiator work? Because they got replaced by other models (and they are included in the svn).

Link: [url]http://tortoisesvn.tigris.org/[/url] After you have installed it go to the addons folder, right click on the enginemod folder, select svn Checkout, insert the svn link.
