Contact NFO support.
Firstly: http://lex.me.uk/modules/sourcebans.html Secondly, just set the prefix to builderttt_sbans in the config & control panel, or whatever you like. Just because it has to have builderttt_ in front means nothing.
ok. And what about my missing database.cfg
ok. And what about my missing database.cfg
I've not used actually sourcemod to use sourcebans in many years, you're going to have to be much more descriptive if you want actual help. If you want help configuring database.cfg then post an example of database.cfg, I shouldn't have to spend time googling examples of things to help you but since im bored at work I will: I don't understand what your issue is,
"database" "sourcebans_db" // The name of the database
So you just make your DB in the NFO control panel called builderttt_sbans then put
"database" "builderttt_sbans" // The name of the database
in your database.cfg and edit it with your username/password that NFO provide. If you can't wrap your head around that simplicity then what are you doing hosting this...
