• Can't connect to brother's gmod server, others can?

Alright, my dad has ordered something stupid fancy from our ISP called UPC Horizon. Looks fancy at all but it works like SHIT. Since we have it I only experienced tons of problems. The most infuriating is: I wanted to play Ultimate Chimera Hunt with my brother and friends, he made a server, others can OUTSIDE our network can, but local it looks like my computer cannot even detect the server, it just tells me server is not responding. PLEASE help me fixing this before I rip that thing out of it's plugs and smash it through the window, this thing drives me MAD.
You probably did but asking just in case, have you tried connecting through your bro's internal IP address? (Something like 192.168.0.1)
[QUOTE='TheDark[PL];40390174']You probably did but asking just in case, have you tried connecting through your bro's internal IP address? (Something like 192.168.0.1)[/QUOTE] I will try it, I update you immediately when I tried. [editline]23rd April 2013[/editline] Using his internal IP adress works, but we always secure our GMOD servers with passwords. How can I give up the password using console? [editline]23rd April 2013[/editline] Ok I overlooked something, something requires us to connect locally using our internal IP adresses, GMOD server browser detects his server. Thanks for the help! I was absolutely mad haha
