My friend Skotty got this all working, but I decided to upload here so that all you guys can get to it more easily. Has a ton of textures and the skyboxes as well. both links only let me download one skybox

Very nice man. These look incredibly useful. Many of them I already see uses for.
Eh, can't one just copy them over from the leaked build? There's no need to convert them or anything.

Also I should probably mention you stick the "hl2_leak" folder straight into your materials folder.
Do you also have the models? They could be really useful.

To be honest, if you need leaked stuff, just DL MissingInfo. It has more than this anyways. No offense, this useful and all.

They look like normal textures to me?

It feels like some of these textures should have been in the base game all along, they would have been incredibly useful.

Ok, now none of the skyboxes appear to be working (i.e: glitch up whenever the skyname is changed). The compile logs mention that the right skybox textures aren't being sent from the right directory, which I assume is the problem. The textures themselves are able to work, even the right skybox textures but again, not when it's set to a skybox; even when mounted onto other games, it still doesn't work.

Are there any recommended light_env values for the skyboxes stashed anywhere?
