format c:// install linux This is highly immoral though
This assumes that they're not smart enough to have it implemented below OS level though, which is technically possible I suppose. A huge headache and entirely pointless though. And it assumes that it's opt out ransom ware. They could also do it so you have to have a certain "hand shake" as it were with your ISP, meaning you have to have a specific software installed to view these sites otherwise your ISP just won't allow the connection, along with a blacklist of proxies etc. Could be done at Router firmware level too, requiring you to buy a router from your ISP to even be able to use the service, which I wouldn't put past SC lawmakers at this point. May as well grease the palms with the ISPs more. It could be much scarier than simply reinstall OS if it's done with any ounce of intelligence.
software can be easily uninstalled or circumvented. How the fuck you gonna do that unless you go to the ISP. In which case even THAT can be circumvented. Great use of american tax dollars you bunch of know-nothing twats.

Yes I believe that is possible in Trump's America.
That's just a tax. In this case it involves porn but it's still just a tax. It's funny how if you proposed to raise taxes to pay for health care or something, these same people would shut you down. Yet when it comes to porn they want a piece of that pie. I bet one of them said "We should charge $25 for access to gay porn" and the others all jumped up and said "NO!" then looked around and added "Not because it would affect me of course, but because that would be discrimination against gays and we here in South Carolina have nothing against gays.". Everyone else nods with shifty eyes.
blocking porn is one thing that is guaranteed to get an actual response out of people
Ban proxies and VPNs (which is also hella convenient for the NSA since that bans tor). Yes I believe that is possible in Trump's America.
TOR isn't a VPN, it works entirely differently.
What's hindering them of just reinstalling the OS without the filter-software?
Windows Platform Binary Table: http://download.microsoft.com/download/8/A/2/8A2FB72D-9B96-4E2D-A559-4A27CF905A80/windows-platform-binary-table.docx
The primary purpose of WPBT is to allow critical software to persist even when the operating system has changed or been reinstalled in a “clean” configuration. One use case for WPBT is to enable anti-theft software which is required to persist in case a device has been stolen, formatted, and reinstalled. In this scenario WPBT functionality provides the capability for the anti-theft software to reinstall itself into the operating system and continue to work as intended. This functionality is powerful and provides the capability for independent software vendors (ISV) and original equipment manufacturers (OEM) to have their solutions stick to the device indefinitely. $20 porn unblocker $30 gaming unblocker $50 popular video playing website unblocker $100 unapproved news broadcasters unblocker Watch this happen
If they do this, is guaranteed there will be some softwares in the black market that will give to people pornography at an even major price.
My girlfriend knows I watch porn and couldn't care less. We see one another like one a week because we don't live close to one another but it's been 3 years and we plan to get married (not sure when though). It's a normal bodily function and a need that needs to be met when she's not around and that's how we treat it. Plus she does it to and I could care less. I think it helps our relationship because both of us know it's perfectly normal to want to watch porn.
What a perfect world you live in to do this and not get ostracized by your peers.
tor is a chain of proxies.
..thats not how TOR works.. at all. Its SIGNIFICANTLY more complex than just a "chain of proxies"
Ban proxies and VPNs (which is also hella convenient for the NSA since that bans tor). Yes I believe that is possible in Trump's America.
Isn't Melania Trump starting a campaign against cyberbullying? Watch the news start saying that Anonymous uses proxies and VPNs to hack your email and bully children into suicide, and that we need internet control to stop them.
..thats not how TOR works.. at all. Its SIGNIFICANTLY more complex than just a "chain of proxies"
You saying this isn't a proxy chain? It's a very fancy proxy chain that dynamically shifts to obscure the origin of traffic before it hits an exit node, but are you really going to try and claim I'm wrong on a technicality so you can be right? More importantly, do you think this kind of bullshit word gaming is going to work on the Feds? If they ban proxies and VPNs, tor is going with it because it provides the same end feature.
What a perfect world you live in to do this and not get ostracized by your peers.
What the hell kind of backwards, prudish peers do you have that they'd ostracise you over watching porn? Almost everyone watches porn, and hell, in some of my friend groups we even share porn we like with each other.
in some of my friend groups we even share porn we like with each other
im suddenly okay with banning porn
Why would you even need porn to wank anyways :weeb: My friends say I'm the only one who can do it without - how about you all? I have an imagination, and a colorful one at that. OR WARNING: HIGHLY INAPPROPRIATE CONTENT AHEAD although the internet has seen worse
My girlfriend knows I watch porn and couldn't care less. You are luckier than a lot of men. Use her pictures. Ask her to make a twerk vine. Imagine her. Anticipate her forthcoming (once a week) with faps in praise of her. (As in, foreplay even before the sex day) It's personal business, but this is a thread about porn. You are free to not reply. But porn is not really a solidifying agent to a relationship IMO. /END OF INAPPROPRIATE CONTENT (User was banned for this post ("Please don't feel the need to ever post something like this again" - Novangel))

Your consideration of TOR as a proxy chain would also fit the internet as a "proxy chain" because of how network routing works. Yes, I'm going to claim you're wrong because you are. A proxy chain doesn't encrypt/decrypt at each step in the chain. TOR does. The feds aren't going to be able to blanket ban everything without defining what each thing does, there's a thing called "clearing up ambiguity."
Do not try to go between a man and their porn. That won't end well.
Doesn't this blatantly violate the first amendment?
Doesn't this blatantly violate the first amendment?
The GOP and whatnot don't care about peoples rights, hasn't this been made clear by the actions made by them late this year? Screw human rights!
Old men making laws about abortion and computers, two things they will never understand in their lifetime.
The GOP and whatnot don't care about peoples rights, hasn't this been made clear by the actions made by them late this year? Screw human rights!
Yeah, but it likely wouldn't hold up in the Supreme Court.
Yeah, but it likely wouldn't hold up in the Supreme Court.
It won't matter until its challenged. And challenges likely won't make it to the supreme court in time before Trump replaces a chunk of the supreme court members.
Uhh. What?
Mainly asking whether all of you specifically need porn to satisfy needs outside of real life relationships. For me, porn =/= wank a lot of the times. As in, if I were to be in SC, the ban wouldn't affect me that much. Judging by everyone's reaction, I'm weird as fuck and I'm subhuman and I should be exterminated.
What the hell kind of backwards, prudish peers do you have that they'd ostracise you over watching porn? Almost everyone watches porn, and hell, in some of my friend groups we even share porn we like with each other.
Not referring to me, but there's still a problem with people admitting that other people could be watching porn. I do know a certain circle that have admitted that if they knew someone who watched porn, they would declare that person NEET.

You know that manufacturers won't add this software, right? Like, good luck getting Google or Apple to do it for Chromebooks or Macs or phones. Instead it will ostensibly be a porn tax and stores will up the price of every computer for $20 and just not bother with the software.
