It'll be located in your \garrysmod\garrysmod\maps\ folder. For instance gm_construct's nav file can be found as "gm_construct.nav". This is where you'd upload it on your server as well.

sv_cheats must be set to 1 in order to use the command. Is there any reason you need to do this in multiplayer? You can generate a navmesh locally in singleplayer/local server then upload it to your server instead.

Lua based pathfinding is always going to be slow because of the single-threaded nature of everything. You could try localizing some of the modules you're using at the top of the script like math and table.

Yep. You can simply just switch out Material("slob.png") --> Material("data/filename.png") You can use "../data/filename.png" if you really want to, but it's not necessary.
