Fixed certain addons with weird file names refusing to be mounted on Linux dedicated servers

Added some fallbacks in panel code to account for certain community addons and prevent Lua errors

Fixed crash on start up on native 32-bit Linux client - Changed images format of _rt_ResolvedFullFrameDepth to RGBA8888
