GMod Update 157

Hey guys -  this patch should fix everything that was wrong with last weeks patch that we ended up rolling back. This includes workshop map textures not loading, addon contents not loading in the spawnmenu, camera fov being 0 (broken) in multiplayer, vgui panels not obeying scissor clipping.. and some linux servers not loading.

But that’s not all…!

Spawnmenu FPS

I fixed a bug that was significantly lowering your FPS when the spawnmenu was opened. This also caused quite a bit of ‘loading lag’ the first time the menu was opened. Hopefully things will be a bit more bearable here now.

Limited Material Tool

The material tool has long been exploited in multiplayer. Most recently there was a pp/copy exploit that made other players blind. So I’ve decided to limit it. You no longer can use arbitrary materials, they need to be materials that are in spawnmenu options.
